The Story of Social Junction + Co.

It started after reminiscing about the movement and how grateful we were to be part of a community that saw the importance of the sustainable work we were doing and how we could show others how to do that too. We talked about the desires we’ve heard from the organizers, executives, managers and what they wanted from the movement. A few narratives bubbled up to the top, like managing capacity, building organizational sustainability, growing their personal brand, and having an online community to grow with. We got inspired, and looked for a space where learning, rest, and power could coexist. Where those committed to social justice could show up fully, to grow, to connect, and to breathe.

We couldn’t find that space, so we built it. Welcome to Social Junction + Co.

Why Social Junction + Co., Why Now?

Collectively, our team has spent more than a decade in the social justice movement. We’ve witnessed the passion, the brilliance, and also the burnout. We know what it feels like to give everything to the cause yet still crave a brave place to ask questions, dive deeper, learn from experts, find resources, and feel powerful.

We built Social Junction + Co. for every stage of that journey.

What to Expect from Social Junction + Co.

At its heart, Social Junction + Co. is a community built on three pillars:

Community (SocialClub) - A space to connect, rest, and learn together.
Convenings (MediaLab) - Intentional gatherings that turn conversation into collaboration.
Consulting (Junction360) - Hands-on strategy and support that help nonprofits sustain their missions for the long-term.

We don’t just want movements to grow; we want them to thrive, with clear strategy, healthy infrastructure, and a network that uplifts everyone involved.

Through Junction360, our consulting arm, we partner with small- to medium-sized nonprofits to help them build for longevity. Whether it’s development and fundraising, marketing and communications, or leadership coaching, we meet you where you are. Our approach is practical and people-first: we combine hands-on learning, one-on-one support, and in-person collaboration to make sustainable growth feel achievable.

We’re Dreaming Big

By the end of 2026, SocialClub and MediaLab will expand what it means to be part of this movement.

SocialClub will be a digital and physical space for rest, reflection, and growth, where advocates, allies, and experts can learn from each other and recharge.

MediaLab will give creators and change-makers the tools to tell their stories powerfully, shifting narratives, shaping culture, and amplifying impact.

Our vision is simple: A home base for the movement, where rest, learning, and power meet.
